seek ye first

Duuude! what is up with the word chasing??

You readers are probably like: "What is he on about now?", and "Why are there no pictures in this post?". Well I'll get to that...
Now I dont know how this happened exactly but here is how it went...
Well I was online tonight and as usual talkin with ppl on msn, as you do. One particular convo with Drey however sparked something, and all we were talking about was life, pressure, studies, etc... and then I was just like, "how the golly do we get throu life God?" (and I recon at that point he musta been like, "Well i'm glad u asked")
and then it was just like
...chasing...
"chasing??"
...chasing...
"we chase God??" ...yeah... and i was just like woooooooh "write that down!" so instead i typed it into the convo, but then more came! ah huh! so... i stopped typing and grabbed a pad next to me and started writing. And this is what i got:

"Chasing God helps,
it helps with everything!
and it might just be that when you have chased Him long into next year, that where you find yourself; is actually where all of those things (that were previously troubling you) end up all sorted out anyway!
So Chase God!"

and you know what? My own experiences actually confirm to me that this is true.
and then i knew this is what it linked with:

Matthew 6:33

25“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

28“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. So it got me thinkin, "chasing". we all chase things, all of us do. But what we need to be chasing is God! and Him First! i could go on and on.... but i wont.
I know it says, "Seek First" but think chasing just for a sec. we all chase things, but what do u chase after most?
SEEK - The present imperative form of the verb (Gr zeµtoµ) indicates a continual or constant seeking. (King James Bible Commentary)
But think Chasing, really! Think about it.

In all a lot of other things happened tonight! I even got really annoyed at one point.
But thats not important. This Is!

Chase God? well thats what im going off to do now, Chase God.
