No More Active Constipation!! (Be Active)

Well i did it!!

As it turns out, my bikes been fixed up since I got back from overseas so it turns out (thankyou secrete unnamed person). All I needed to do was go outside and check it... So I did that yesterday then thought to myself, "why don't i go for a ride!?"

So I did! First to the BP petrol station just to get some more air in the tires, then! Straight up into Clifton Hills! (I was thinking rugged terrain to test the tyres. To make sure they could hold the air) When I reached the water tower behind Rainer's place I had a sudden thought, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Then I relised, "Hey, I can go for regular rides again now too!"

And then it struck me! So I quickly sent some messages declairing my joy!
I didn't get much further before Jason gave me a call, "Hey, how are you bro!"
Jason replied, "Yeah I'm fine. Do you want to go do for a ride together?" he asked.
"Yeah ok!" I announced, "I'll see you in 4 minutes!" Then I hung up.

A quick turn-around on the track and i began the decent down to Jason's place!

I arrived in about 4 minutes, had a glass of "Super Athletic hospital grade Hydrolation Fluid" (h2o from the fridge), and then asked Jason, "So do u want to go to Champion Lakes??"
He replied, "Yeah, Cowabunga!!!" So off we went!



The Sun was there! (Jono: Wow, we have Sun in Australia!) And all in all we had a very nice ride around the lake, talking about many things as we went.

I do wish more people could have been there! It was really great!
